1/4 cup hemp protein powder
1 cup milk — either cow’s, almond or soy
2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional, if you want a deeper chocolate flavor)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 or 2 tablespoons of agave nectar, if you want a sweeter, more shake-like smoothie
a handful of ice
Blend everything together in a high speed blender, and drink up!
